Radiesse easily lasts 1.5-2years and that’s what they primarily use on the lower third. Of course it fades a bit but it’s really overblown.

Unless they used ridiculous amounts he should be fine, there’s very little migration in the jaw & chin and that seems to be the only areas the filled aside from his zygos where they didn’t use much.
