Incredibly low weight, but still bloated [DETAILED] 120lbs 6’0 16 y/0

PREFACE
i’m currently 6’0 and 120 lbs 15 years old turning 16 in a few months (54.8kg, 182). i’ve been in a very strict calorie deficit prioritising high protein for the past 2 months or so going from 65 down to 55 while building as much muscle as i can. due to the fact hearing the only way to lose face fat is to lose fat in general, which i now learnt is a massive lie.

although my weight might be very low, i think it’s because i still remain at a decent bf, i have a good physique, built upper body / arms but i can’t get my face fat to go away no matter what.
im willing to send my physique & face to anyone interested. i have a great physique for my age; but its just my face holding my back.

i’ve tried limiting sodium as much as possible, taking 800mg of potassium gluconate a day, and drinking 3-4L of water while getting minimum 10-11k steps in.

cardio
i’ve been doing 1.5ish hours of the following everyday for the past month
- 15 incline 4.5 speed (for roughly 45 minutes)
10 minute break on 0 incline 2 speed
- 5.5 incline 4.9 speed for 30 minutes

diet
i try to restrict myself to around 950kcal on weekdays & 1100kcal on weekends, way below my maintenance.

as much as i WANT to prioritise whole foods only, as a student it gets tough money-wise. i start the day with a

usually around 7:20am weekdays, 1pm weekends
- black coffee no sugar (natural diuretic) and a bowl of cereal (plain almond milk and cornflakes, no additional sugars)

lunch is usually a -
protein bar and white monster, not the best but it’s cheap and gets me stuffed so i don’t binge throughout the day.

after lunch, which during weekdays happens after school, i will go to the gym for around 2.5 hours, doing upper body (separate muscle groups on diff days) and always hitting core, lower abs, and A LOT of cardio at the end.

i try to stay as strict as possible with my dinner
- low calorie chicken tortilla (just a basic low-carb 95cal wrap, 150g chicken breast, low fat greek yogurt as a sauce substitute, & salad)

it’s around 85g of protein for the entire day, and around 950 cals.

i HAVEN’T tried (but i look forward to)
- absolutely starving myself for 3 days, then eating protein only for 2 days. eat normally on the weekend, repeat the process on monday
(some diet i saw on instagram)
- diurex
- furosemide, but i highly doubt as it requires a prescription and my parents already think i’m dangerously skinny.

- aggressive cut (sub 1100 cals)

you’re 15. my buccal fat pads didn’t dissolve until age 17, i was bloated for the 17 years before that

there is literally nothing you can do retard, you can drink a few coffees in the morning and stay away from pizza and what not to MINIMIZE bloating but you will have chubby cheeks for a few more years as you are a spermcel, take care of your diet, starving yourself will stunt your bodily development (including your face)

you are just fucking urself up, 900 calories to a 15 year old 6 foot boy is insane, im 15 and 6'1 and eat around 3000-4000 calories, and stay at 20% bf, eating is very important in this stage of your life, why would you fuck yourself up.
and you probably look bloated because your boneless from all this retarded shit your doing

lol trust me cardio is so useless it’s cope, 3-5l of water a day can be countered with the same benefits as 0.5-1l of coconut water. people just like to overdo shit on this app :feelshah:

you probably just have poor bonemass unfortunately. Youve likely completely fucked your hormones from idiotically dieting on 1k calories too jfl

Also, why TF are you eating cereal and wasting calories on liquids on such a restrictive 1k calorie diet? Obviously you are gonna have crashed testosterone when your diet is clearly severely lacking in fats :ROFLMAO:
 
Why are you eating 950 calories as a 6 foot growing male??? You’re literally just stunting your own development. I would recommend you start eating at least 2500 calories a day if not more and doing physical activites/sports and gym
 
just gain weight and go to gym, eat more and start cutting when you are 18 years old. maybe your baby face fat will be gone by then. test max now
