Open a credit card in their name in Minecraft via some low security bank. This won’t work with Chase or BOA most likely but a lot of terrible ones like chime or newer banks allow you to apply for a credit card very easily and get approved

Once approved just max out their shit once you get approved

Only step I can see that’s hard is making a website convincing enough but tbf people are desperate for jobs nowadays I think it could easily work in minecraft
