It depends on where you go man. If you go to some unhygienic street food place off you gonna get that but there are many very nice restaurants also. I had this for lunch with my friends a few days back. You get what you pay for basically

That's the typical way of serving food in local feasts/gathering bhai but I'm not sure why they serving it like that
Usually food is served nicely and the person is asked how much he or she wants to eat but in the video that man is just serving things so fast, without even bothering how much the person actually wants to eat

where i live ppl serve food in a long table and yes with people asking how much he wants ; ig they are distributing food amongst homeless/very poor ppl here
