well unless the sellers know each other and mutually agree to put it in one package then not really. i know a guy that was buying some metal parts off china and the sellers there are actually pretty close and they knew each other and put it in one package but idk abt indias pharmacies

Yea they don't free ship, shipping is like more than 50% price that the things I order
You’ll just have to deal with shipping tbh it’s a pain for small orders but still cheaper then anywhere domestic
