indiamart how to not get scammed through payment

i've been indiamart for 2 days and half or so just looking through seller and talking with them discussing buying Accutane and dutasteride and all of them offer such weird payment methods like USDT, Wise, Remitly, Western Union, and crypto and not just shit like paypal, cashapp wtv else i understand its a grey market and having other methods are putting them at a slight risk, so them offering me these payment methods is normal for most people who use indiamart or no?

wouldn't recommend using a irreversable payment method unless the seller is 10+ years and is one of the wholesalers

main guy im talking to has 890 reviews a 4.8 and 8 years of being a seller i might be good might just pay with wise to them
