INDIAMART ORDER ARRIVED INSTANTLY ( EU /ITALIANCEL GTFIH!)

Idk what the fuck does it depends on when it comes to delivery times. Literally had this order on tuesday of last week and just got delivered today while i have another order from another seller who is stuck at customs since the 27th of march of "customs checks on the shipping"
I literally put the same name and address on both of the shipments, honestly I can't figure out what triggers the eu custom system to hold a package instead of freeing it right away
I also didn't have to pay any custom duties like I did for all the previus orders?
Would you raccomend india-uk-eu (italy, in my case) as the best shipping option or is it the same shit as india-eu?

Bro what? My guy has all the certifications and it's taken 2 weeks, with prob another to go bc apparently it's routing through the US since it'll get flagged if it comes straight from India
