indiamart order might be seized nad being left on read by my indiamart vendor right after tracking

so i bought from an indiamart vendor and the order is pretty much seized it should have came way before that time like he said 10 to 12 days but he may meant 12 bussiness days so its still delayed but just by 1 day then and hes just leaving me on read not replying to me can i even do something at this point am not sure its seized it might not be but still he wont even reply after giving me tracking this anyone has an idea of how to get him to reply this is ropefuel
