Indiamart Order review (Kind of fucked up)

So One morning the order came and I had got
100 pills of 2.5mg of minoxidil
And 100 pills of 5mg accutane which i should I got 10mg So now im taking 2 5mg tablets.
So accutane i fucked up so unfortunately ill only for now be on 10mg of accutane for a month and a half. Also I should've ordered more minoxidil as you need to at least be on it for 6 months. I just want to get your guys thoughts on this and what I could've done differently and if what I have now is good enough for decent results.
Total cost was 37Gbp
