I guess, I can though and honestly it’s good but not super crazy for sleep will make you fall asleep faster but it’s pretty light and for me the first couple days I was on it I would fall asleep faster but then wake up 4 hours later and not be able to go back to sleep

A money saving tip I do is just buying 2-4x the dose I want and just split it cuz it’s way cheaper and for the stuff I’m using it doesn’t matter much if it’s exact. Just make sure that it isn’t something where the extra milligram or miligram less matters, and doesn’t have a specific coating for timing or something

OTC is over the counter, idk about where you live but in the US it’s considered a supplement and you can buy it no prescription and you don’t even need to be a certain age

Shipping is expensive because he can’t ship straight from India because of what is happening so he is sending the package to Dubai then to me in the U.S.
Idk he says on the paperwork he states what’s actually inside it so the India customs won’t take it but when it is at the U.S. it isn’t there and if you are talking about literally the label on the box, it says health care supplements. If you are wondering why he says what is actually inside is cuz it’s not illegal to send it out it just is if you don’t do the paperwork to.

And he put HLM standing for harmless medicines which is think is not great so this time I'll ask him to put Vitamins/Supplements. And ask him to chuck in like 2 Vitamin Tubs and put the diuretics inside the Them as their the most illegal
also over in the uk /isle of man The rule is that if they look in your package, The Unprescribed medication amount you are allowed to have is only up to 90 days supply.
