Indiamart package smelling like shit?

I haven't made any orders from any sellers on indiamart but ive seen a lot of members on the forum describing the "shit" smell from there indiamart haul. Is there an explanation behind this?

i bought test E from there i had no issues. they describe it shit becuase its from india

I ordered a lot of pharma from India mart and the box smelled like shit but the product was great. (now mark me solution it's the check mark on the right.)
