Depending on the severity of the scars, if very surface level or just pigment get Azelic Acid 15-20%, Hydroquinone, and Tazarotene.
If its not pigment and serious scars from cysts or whatever get excisions, subsvisions, co2 laser, z-plasty.
nothing u can do about orbitals
