Indiamart reshipping question

I just bought some stuff off Indiamart (min, Accutane, etc) but the package got sent back by customs and when I asked the supplier they said they cant refund it and they can only reship it if I pay 35 usd extra shipping cost,

Should I just pay the fee and risk it getting sent back again or just cut my losses and get a new supplier
