Indiamart shipping to EU

I've heard that it's pretty hard to ship indiamart to EU even with triangle shipping wich costs a lot so there's no point to order from indians then.
Will my order 100% get seized or is there anyway to get my package safely, also are there any other way to get prescription medicine like tretinoin?

If you try to order without triangle shipping there's like 80% chance of it getting seized

no idea for now, try ordering with triangle shipping until it works I guess, or find some sources that sells them IN the EU like domestically, goodluck
