Why do they use “…” so much is that just an Indian thing like even having just normal conversation they will use it I notice it across lots of vendors as well.

It's a rare thing but I've seen Russian boomers use it in text instead of other punctuation signs

So they type like this...No dots...No commas...They just spam it every time
