just inquire on the website, find a seller with good and reputable reviews. ask for proof of delivery through tracking numbers and haggle for price. somewhat good english speaking aswell. if they check all of these boxes, they're a good seller. i have a supplier but idk if it counts as "advertising" on this forum so im just gonna gatekeep lmao
