Indian-American here. Advice to my fellow Indian men, take up the gym brothers. I never had any dating life in high school and didn't even lose my virginity until 18 to a girl l simped for and who treated me badly. After the gym I didn't become some playboy, but l had an above average hookup life and have an attractive, nice gf now.
Don't listen to the haters who will call you a gymcel, if you are serious about working out and dieting after 2+ years you will stand out in almost any room you walk in and the difference in attention you get from women is shocking. We definitely have an uphill battle to face, but I know a lot of Punjabi guys in my area who have good dating success and they all hit the gym regularly
