I like their curry. I have an Indian friend and he makes it good. He however, is not a dalit from Indian slums.

indians put like 100 different "spices", that's why. the combination of so many spices results in a very strong aroma, having said that... the english love chicken curry/vindaloo/whatever, i do not care for it.

Always wondered how the colour of their rice was changed. Turns out it was quite simple.

They just added some coloured seasoning to the water which was absorbed by rice.
