My tierlist was for women, not men. It's a combination of everything: Appeal and Genes (stretching beyond looks). I'll explain briefly.

You put Slavic women on top Med, yet they birth slavic guys who aren't that smart + bloated + low harmony. Girls have high appeal, but not high enough in other metrics to be considered 3rd. Middle Eastern women are not comparable to Latinas. Middle Eastern women have low bonemass and longer faces. They have hairy arms and many have hooked noses. Not only do they have negatives, but the Latina women have many positives.
They have near perfect craniofacial development most of the time. They also have Native American High T genes in their blood (top tier physicality). This is blended with European DNA.
