Idk. You need to also check your facial width/height and make it ideal. Then there is also a small forehead as ideal feature so making it bigger to better facial thirds will not always end up in better look.

lips are tough to widen since there’s no legit way to do it, but i feel like with a wider nose it would just make my nose to mouth ratio worse

It should theorethically be possible. I mean just saw out some space for the new lip and then use vaseline and lip fillers to empty area.

mainly eyes, small adjustments and nose and lips, jaw is pretty much the same, i’m probably a mtn tbh but i’m harsh on myself and give myself a ltn bc of ethnic tax
