Possible scenarios

- why would the truck be tilted to one side to elevate that wheel inorder to put a skateboard underneath it to make all the wheels level?

- the weight of the truck would crush the skateboard

- technically it works because the wheel isn't moving but the skateboard goes along with it

Actually wouldn't the skateboard slide backwards since it isn't directly attached to the moving body?

Going by Classical Mechanics(Kinematics?) the weight of the truck pushing on the skateboard and it moving forward would transfer kinetic energy to the skateboard and because it's detached make it slip?

The simple common sense answer is that all wheels tend to be produced at the same size so one wheel can't be higher at the axis or whatever you call it, to allow the truck to tilt.

Actually now thinking about it... Think of bicycle chains and tanks. The sliding conveyor belt thingy accepts the weight of the body.

Gravity acts on the bicycle/tank giving it weight. But acceleration moves it.

Does a moving wheel experience weight?

Does inertia cease to be when a force acts on it? Is a moving body less heavier?

If all the wheels are level on the surface, slipping a skateboard at one of the back wheel would make the truck lean forward and sideways making it's weight transfer to the other parts thereby making make the skateboard slip away as the truck accelerates.

I put my finger underneath my smart phone and the weight distributes to 2 edges; the side of the finger at the back left and the front right. It's impossible for the truck to move I think.
