Nah, it's more nuanced than that

"Niggers" in yugoslavia and now croatia have never been a problem in the same way as the american ones, by the way; no slavery history here, so all of them came here as students or exchange or regular immigrants

Yeah. about 99.99% of blacks here have decent jobs and are local mascots, in a positive way. Teachers, radio broadcasters, comedians, shop owners etc

But circumstances here are not comparable to those in n. america in terms of their numbers and nature of immigration, so it could be just that
