Apparently the men used in the study were malnourished and severely underweight hence the white women and Indian men were deemed to not be of thr same "genetic rigor". Indian men's grip strength turned out to be much stronger when it was conducted again with healthy men of normal weight. Somewhat lower than blacks but similar to white males. Grip strength doesn't vary too much between races.
