I don't think he is worshiped in the west, most people would find his eyes uncanny, and even if he were, that doesn't mean white people tend to have eyes like that, that just means it's the beauty standard. I post models with very hooded eyes on here all the time and 9/10 users here will say they look like ogreish gay aliens, I'd say it's very niche appeal.
