Indian food tastes good, no doubt. But when it comes to nutrition? That’s a whole different story
I don’t think there is any cuisine that even comes close to being as bad as the Indian diet. Even processed western slop could be considered better
The average Indian eats nothing but pure carbs (basically sugar), no fat, no protein
Even the ‘nutrients’ they get from plants isn’t as bioavailable as in animal products so they end up deficient in basically everything
How this population has not only managed to survive for centuries but grow their numbers on this shit is nothing short of a mystery
