Lengthwise, they are also in the 5 inch range, like every other race. Girthwise, they’re somewhat smaller, because their government produces condoms that are 49 mm, whereas in the west, average-sized condoms are 52 mm & 53 mm.

What chart are you referring to? There’s been one penis size study conducted in Bharat I can think of. Here are the results.

“Mean erected length was found to be 13.01 cm and erected circumference was 11.46 cm.”

BPEL: 5.12”
Girth: 4.51”

This falls in line with the study (with mostly European participants and a few Middle Easterners) where the average size was found to be 5.16” x 4.59”.

You shouldn’t trust any sources that aren’t penis studies. The charts on the internet are fake.
