Some theories suggest that Irano-Nordoids/Indo-Nordics descended from Alexander's army that went all the way to North-Western India (thus conquered most of modern day Pakistan and Afghanistan). For me that's hard to believe since Greeks were never light eyed/haired enough and didn't make enough children for it to show 2500 years later in this region. If I had to take a guess, I'd say they're direct descendants of Indo-European proto-nordic people who in large numbers settled in South Asia and largely avoided mixing with darker people, hence they kept the white look.
