there's people who won't fall asleep if there's a tiny bit of light, if they can't find the right pillow, if their pajamas are unable to be worn, or if they hear something. it's indicative of a neurotic high inhib personality or at least an old man one. i can fall asleep anywhere. i can fall asleep on a rug, in a car, on a computer chair, on a desk, etc. you are a low t pampered brat if you are super neurotic about your sleep routine.
