Infected pimple came back 4 times

This infected pimple is now coming back for the fourth time. The first 2 times the infection was so severe I felt physically ill. I've drained it around 5 times now and like a teaspoon of weird yellow puss came out twice. So basically I've had this on my face for well over a week now. No matter how much I sanitize it, it always still just comes back almost the same. It's been getting slightly smaller but ish still really bad. I wash my face twice a day and have been on accutane for 2.5 months. What the hell am I supposed to do? I feel so uncomfortable in public
