sure you can say erda has more risks but i wouldnt stretch it so say more potent

infi is a selective fgfr3 inhibitor whereas erda has a much more broad pan-like inhibitory system

which is exactly why is carries more risks because it inhibits fgfr-1,2,3 and most importantly 4 pathways instead of infi which mainly only targets the fgfr3 pathway which is what is important for growth plate biology

thats why infi is just as effective as erda with less risks

however there hasnt been clinical trials to prove any of this so its just speculation
