You need to watch your phosphorus levels, might need change diet to lower the dose of it or take phosphorus-binding pharmaceuticals. Imo futibatinib>infigra

You dont "cycle" it
And its got a lot less sides than others
Wouldnt recommend Futibatinib due to price and less research
Also wouldnt recommend infig because its ass

Selectivity only matters in regards to the side effects
Also has been suggested as reason for infigs de-facto inefficiency
If you got hella money go for tyra otherwise erda might be a good idea

Always depends
Especially where you live:soy:
Personally I only got a phosphate binder and for anything else to treat (CSR etc) Ill rely on public healthcare to provide treatment
Id say phosphate binder is more or less a must, anything else is rather optional/only necessary when side effects start
Esp for tyra you can be way less careful due to the selectivity but id have to look more into it in detail
Tyra expensive ash in comparison though

id recommend infering with actual medical studies for dosages, see if they include medications to manage side effects

dont ask ngas on here, it's always better to learn urself so u dont fuck shit up

apparently if u combine infig with voso it leads to more sustainable accelerated growth compared to erda due to the two drugs affecting separate mechanisms that contribute to bone length simultaneously.

can be said with any numerable drug that inhibits a different process

It definetely isnt
Only on paper (potency&selectivity) but the treatments for achondroplasia for example show that its ass in reality
This is also noted in several comparisons, infig seems to have a de-facto inefficiency
The orr is also worse
Infig is also protein dependant and has metabolites while erda remains as is in plasma

Idk about the healthcare you got there

Ok? get the nose bleeds everyday and the horrible vision no one asked if you were gonna take it or not

the only problem i have about you saying “just dnr the sides” is that your giving advice to insecure incels that will do anything to grow taller

sure the sides aren’t horrible but no impactful pharmaceutical comes without side effects and you should still manage them

send me the studies this definitely seems interesting

guess theory and actual applications really can differ aton

I did use them once for Infigratinib when I ordered for a friend in Poland and everything seemed fine but this time I ordered somewhere else cause the combined price of sevelamer and erda was cheaper :feelshah: #smartass

it wasnt a study it was a comparison paper, cba finding it i mentioned it once in a post
just look into half life and pk papers and metabolism effects on infig

For substantial results you need atleast a few months of treatment
you dont go off usually, theres fgfr inhibs that are/were cycled but erda is not one of them
wont it be hard for me to go to school or hide that im on 4mg erda frm people?
No why?

You need to track your phosphate intake
just use an app
the recommended levels are mentioned in studies idrk them its probably like 2-4mg serum level
Ima take anti diarrhea meds for erda but which ones do I take and how much mg?
idk

ok i guess yeah but first of all most people like myself dont even get nose bleeds and almost a large majority never get any eye problems so you cant be fear mongering people who could reap benefits

interesting what dose are u on

its a side effect retard.
@Niebvll bro look at this guy he thinks big pharma created erda for the purpose of growing taller :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
its a fucking main effect from fgfr3 inhibition u retard faggot
No its not?
Its a downstream effect, besides
Pharmaceutical side effect definition "any unwanted nontherapeutic effect caused by a drug"
Erdafitinib having been developed to kill cancer cells, the height gain through chondrocyte stimulation is not a main effect
cba reading if this was actually about erda, but this goes for any FGFRi
Theres a paper on what side effects are in medicine actually

Reactions: RJ_ascends
Which is a secondary purpose, all FGFRis were developed as cancer treatments
i understand that, of course these drugs were orignally developed as cancer treatmeants im just saying the only reason anyone on this forum talks about fgfr3 inhibitors is because we want height growth i understand its not scientifically adopted as the main effect
