So when I was in school, there was a massive destruction at the toilets so we couldn’t use the toilets at all, except for the big breaks

Usually, we could get an allowance, but it was really tedious to get that so I never went with it

So because I drink so much water every day, I held my piss for a very long time

This probably expanded my bladder by a lot, which helped me hold my pee for a very long time

Now, how is it a looksmax? because when you drink a lot of alcohol, which has a low percentage, for example beer, you can spend more time with girls than other dudes could so you can literally steal their girl by using this trick

Competitive eater also drink tons of water to extend their stomache. For me it was like I got an extended mag, actually try that.

I just looked into the actual health aspects of it. When holding the pee you dont strenghten the muscle but stretch it as mentioned. This can lead to infections because there could still be piss in the pipe. I mean the point still stands but this is worrying me now because im a real long veteran of pissmaxxing
