You do know that DHT serum in the hair follicle will cause inflammation, that will reduce blow flow (and many other things), kill the follicle and scar the tissue in collegen deposit AKA fibrosis
Thats how people go bald with no return. Stop coping and get on the "tranny drug" or go bald, your choice.

If your balding it not caused by DHT, than is telogen effluvium (mainly caused by trauma or micro deficiency)., but in that cause, the hair grows back, almost garanteed, and with the right aproach.

So, yes high DHT serum on the scalp cause inflammation, and then balding.
