I’ve been on Test e for 2 months and tren e for a month started with 300 test now 350 and 150 tren the only thing I noticed is some more strength in my sets but I still look so natty no real progression is this normal I don’t really want to up my doses that much. I also have some mild side effects like heavy breathing sometimes so I know it’s not fake stuff. Anyone knows more about this topic?
 
what is your diet/training and sleep like?

it may just be that the gear has only just saturated

both take somewhere around 4-6 weeks to sature with that ester so the tren won't be fully saturated, and the test has only just saturated

give it time and see what happens

My diet is pretty optimal I’m eating only eggs and red meat pretty much try to eat it as raw as possible, try to avoid carbs and fiber, I’m trying to ascend lean and not bulk up again done that before never bulking again

why would you ever avoid carbs and fiber?

and raw meat is complete BS, good luck with that brutal fat intake on AAS

carbs are king especially whilst roiding

Why would you avoid carbs and go full keto

Eat more protein and nutrients overall.

No dose of anabolic-androgenic steroids or any other performance enhancing drugs will work if you do not give your body the materials required to synthesise new tissues.
 
Carbs make me bloated
You don’t store much glycogen in your face and you need the carbs bro, you should be skipping fats rather than carbs that way you have some more calories left to use

Should I just spam rice I don’t like the Gymcel community I don’t know anything really about the gym I study nutrition but this is obviously for a diff reason

Improved in almost every aspect in a modest but noticeable way and of course strength and physique looks way better than before

3 short cycles and nothing went wrong close to no sides so all good and getting the next one together atm

You can but just incorporate some carbs for example i use some fast-acting carbs pre, intra and post workout all split

Rice does have arsenic so that may not be what you’re seeking

Also fibers would benefit your lipid profile, eating it raw doesn’t really change much no idea why you would opt for that just do undercooked at the least, you’re also adding dietary cholesterol + raping yourself with test and tren (no ancillaries?) also keep fat intake low like don’t focus on it you will get an adequate amount eitherway

my energy source before roids was animal fat but I knew already that you can’t take any of the animal fat or atleast most of it because your body can’t produce your own test. What should I add to my diet my breakfast is just eggs and cheese and dinner is red meat. Also 1/1.5 liter of milk a day raw

Keep the eggs at breakfast for phospholipids

For the milk and cheese try to get low fat/skim versions ideally, and i like raw milk though its good lactoferrin is cool but its high in fat afaik

Watch out for your RBC/HCT with daily red meat and also you would benefit greatly from ezetimibe to get rid of dietary cholesterol

The diet is mostly up to you man just hit your macros with whatever you can and stay in range and also focus on sleep/recovery and get some activity in throughout the day

My sleep is pretty good, also I go gym for 4 years. Thank you for the information
