Infra filler (no more eye bags and visible sucked in sockets)

Hey, anyone know any products to help with my eye area? Really hate how it makes me ugly.
I honestly don’t care if it’s temporary or not, some stuff on TikTok is advertising either complete bullshit or scams to teens with boob filler underneath their eyes for some filler. Now, idk wjag you call it, infra filler, forgot the term, im grey, sorry

side note; I bought the ordinary multi pept lash and eyebrow and it hasnt arrived yet, does it work? Does it act as topical minoxidil? If so, can i use it at 14? Lmk. I basically have no hair and eyebrow hair growth.
