yes. ngl any eye area surgery is risky af imo and not worth the risk of nerve damage and blindness. you can ascend hard with genio / jaw work and make up for eye area failos.
The risk of blindness comes from damage to the optic nerve located behind the eye, there is no risk of blindness with infra implants. I have made a thread about this

For implants? I’ve been seeing some good results off of eppley tbh, I would recommend to tell the surgeons to make it as canny as possible because this has a high botch rate. If the surgeon can make it look seamless and good I’d say that is is very much worth it.
