Infra-Malar effects on ES Ratio

Tldr I need undereye support and an OGEE curve as one of only facial failos

However I don’t want my Es ratio to get worse

What does the infra-malar implant do (I have heard it fills hollow undereyes, gives OGEE curve and doesn’t effect es ratio unlike cheekbone implant)

if you get a little ccw rotation it shoudnt have a effect

Depends on the case and what kind of a design is needed whether it’s possible to do a limited anterior projection malar implant to give the effect you want

Having morphed my 3/4 profile for my goal OGEE and undereye projection it looks good and ES ratio is good which is hopefully going to good

Yes with 3D, not 2D morphing.

I just remember that an older user said that when he emailed Eppley about zygo implants and offering only anterior projection and not lateral projection Eppley said that it wasn’t possible so that means it would affect the ES ratio
