I am aware fillers in the infra orbital region can migrate down your face overtime, can the same thing happen with a fat graft?

it would make your infra orbitals look less recessed/hollow and make them look at lot more supportedno fat wont migrate. what does fat fragt for infras do?
I know for supras u can reduce uee, would infra fat graft push the bottom of eye upwards a little cause its providing support or?
OP means over time. Migration of fat due to gravity/loss of elasticity is long-term, we are not referring to the reabsorption of adipose tissue due to its death after a graft.no, they establish a new blood supply and if there is any fat that migrates, it dies and is absorbed by the body
So would it migrate down my face and end up decsending me in the future?OP means over time. Migration of fat due to gravity/loss of elasticity is long-term, we are not referring to the reabsorption of adipose tissue due to its death after a graft.
All soft tissue migrates. So would it migrate down my face and end up decsending me in the future?
what would u recommend then, the skin on my infraorbital region is quite thinAll soft tissue migrates.
Nobody really gets fat grafts to address a recessed infraorbital region anyway.
Having thin skin and having a recessed infraorbital region are not the same thing.what would u recommend then, the skin on my infraorbital region is quite thin
could i send u some pics and u help, idk whats going on w my undereyeHaving thin skin and having a recessed infraorbital region are not the same thing.
Fat migrates.
Filler migrates.
I have no idea what you look like, you need to decide what's best for you by yourself. But in any case, fat grafts are better than filler, filler is just cheaper/more readily available.
Bone for skeletal recession.
Fat for too little soft tissue volume.
