Infra orbital recessed?

How do I know if my eyebags are caused by recession or Lack of sleep etc.Im 15 I dont have the protruding kind of eyebags but hollow darker eyebags and I also have nasojugal lines (some might refer to them as Itachi lines) also if I can fix it can someone tag a thread or smth?
