I get like maybe 20000 sek when I turn 18 wich is like 2000 dollars. And I wonder what to spend it on. If surgery would improve so much to the point it’s more worth it

You will never afford Infra implants with that little. You'll probably 5 times that amount for a standard implant and 8 or so times that amount for a custom implant. Just get the driver's license and revisit the idea of surgery when you have a better income
