Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t infraorbital recession simply mean a lack of forward growth of the upper jaw? If so, wouldn’t orthodontic treatment at a specific young age (10-15), targeting the upper part of the maxilla, be able to correct this recession? And wouldn’t that contradict the theory that “nothing other than infra-saddled rim implants will help in the long term”?
