I have $22k currently, I really want to redo my entire midface, I haven't been obsessing over my looks and surgery for a long time, but now I have some savings I think it's time to consider again. I want to project my entire midface, my lower orbitals, paranasal etc. if I could afford it I would also get a chin implant. my question is how do I go about it? I'm in Australia and don't particularly want to travel overseas. I think I can just afford my midface, perhaps chin would come a few months later. attached my ct below. I just want to be happy.

Unless you discvoer some blackpilled surgeon in Australia your only option is to go overseas. Implants are basically never covered by any private health here so you are getting raped with full price custom PEEK implants which will get put in by like 1 of 5 people in the whole country who even do cosmetic craniofacial surgery and all of their cases are like deformed children or trauma patients.
