What’s the best surgeon to get this done?

Eppley does have the best result I’ve ever seen, and is the most experienced. However most of his cases you can see online are dreadful. Perhaps this is because of patients pushing their own wants, but he himself admits that implants are hard to get right and they can take multiple revisions to perfect. He also is a strong advocate for silicon which is easier to place but on every other metric is a poor choice.

Pagnoni and Giant also have a lot of botches, many of whom I’ve spoken to personally.

Personally I would avoid both

isn't eppley in his late 50s now.
He seems pretty old tbh and won't be active as a surgeon soon.
In my opinion filler mogs implants in areas like the zygos and chin anywhere else implants are your best bet.
But implants seem hard to get right as you have to put a lot into account.

Thanks for sharing this interesting bit of info.
Are the P&G botches here on the forum and on discord ? Were most of them able to fix the damage, either by removal or revision ?

complication rate of a rhinoplasty is 5-15% and you suggested a rhino, complication rate of wraparound jaw implants is 10%. i’m ok with getting a revision nonetheless because with a rhinoplasty i’ll probably need to get one

Maybe I was lucky but I got mine with Eppley and they're great. He is also one of the only ones who does saddled implants.
