Can you bring this area forward with fat grafting?

In order to combine with a lefort 1 ( quadrangular or 3 piece segmented) for mimicking a lefort 3

Not sure about using a fat graft if u need a lot of advancement ngl, better to just go with implants instead

Bad idea. Fat will eventually be reabsorbed by the body and won't even give you the needed projection in the first place.

Cheek implants usually end up looking bad, shiny pink and plastic. Fat grafting would be better so id optimally get fat graft for malar maxillary and infraorbital region

Fat is temporary and won't give you projection.

Fat in malar area isn't even desired. Ive seen you. If you gain anymore fat in your malar area your finished

Implants are the way to go since ur not getting lefort 3, fat grafts won't give u advancement and is undesirable in the cheek area as @Kingkellz mentioned jfl
