Introduction

Body fat manipulation is just getting rid of fat while keeping your muscles so simple right This guide is gonna talk about more complex drugs and other methods to get low body fat Remember, Do your own research i'm not responsible if one u retards dies

Pharmacological

It boosts your metabolic rate by messing with oxidative phosphorylation

Dose: 200-400 mg a day

How it works: DNP messes up the mitochondrial proton gradient, making cells burn more energy as heat

Side Effects: It can cause overheating, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, exhaustion, and you can die from it… just drink a lot of water

Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist that boosts your metabolism its known on here

Dose: 20-40 mcg a day, and you need to cycle it to avoid your body getting used to it

How it works: It hits beta-2 adrenergic receptors, upping your metabolic rate and heat production

Side Effects: It could cause a fast heartbeat, high blood pressure, muscle cramps, shakes, and even make your heart grow bigger jfl

Yohimbine blocks alpha-2 adrenergic receptors, this helps release norepinephrine

Dose: 5-20 mg a day, without food

How it works: blocks alpha-2 receptors, so it ups norepinephrine levels

Side Effects: Anxiety, high heart rate, high blood pressure, and panic attacks rarely

These drugs hit beta-3 adrenergic receptors

Dose: Depends on the specific drug, js google it

How it works: They activate beta-3 receptors in fat tissue

Side Effects: Chance for high heart rate and blood pressure, stresses ur heart

Ephedrine increases metabolic rate and boosts norepinephrine release

Dose: 20-40 mg a day, take with caffeine

How it works: Makes body release more norepinephrine, used in an ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Side Effects: high heart rate and blood pressure, fucked sleep, and anxiety

Bromocriptine is a dopamine agonist could help by affecting insulin and leptin

Dose: 12.5-25 mg a day

How it works: It hits dopamine receptors, changing insulin and leptin levels

Side Effects: can make u feel sick and cause low blood pressure

Metformin improves insulin sensitivity

Dose: 500-2000 mg a day

How it works: It makes your body more sensitive to insulin, lowers liver glucose production, and helps your tissues take up glucose

Side Effects: could upset your stomach and, rarely, cause lactic acidosis

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist and it improves insulin sensitivity

Dose: 025-1 mg a week, injected under the skin

How it works: It mimics the GLP-1 hormone, less hungry and boosts insulin

Side Effects: Nausea, throwing up, diarrhea, and possibly pancreatitis

Tirzepatide hits GIP and GLP-1 receptors

Dose: 2.5-15 mg a week, injected under the skin

How it works: It mimics GIP and GLP-1 hormones, makes u less hungry and boosts insulin

Side Effects: Nausea, throwing up, diarrhea, and possibly pancreatitis

These are injections that destroy fat cells in specific areas

Agents: Deoxycholic acid (Kybella) and phosphatidylcholine

How it works: They break down the fat cell membranes, making the cells die and be naturally removed by the body

Side Effects: Swelling, bruising, pain where u inject, and numbing

New methods

How it works: Freezes and destroys fat cells

Procedure: Takes about an hour per area Might need multiple sessions

How it works: Controlled cooling freezes fat cells without hurting other tissues the frozen fat cells die and get removed by the lymphatic system

Benefits: No surgery, low downtime, and permanent fat cell loss in treated areas

Side Effects: Temporary redness, swelling, and numbness Rarely, could cause an increase in fat cells

How it works: Uses laser energy to melt fat cells, which are then removed

Procedure: small cut then inserts a laser fiber to target fat cells the melted fat is sucked out

How it works: The laser heats and disrupts fat cells, so they die die It also boosts collagen, tightens the skin

Benefits: low scars, less invasive than most lipo, and tightens skin

Side Effects: Swelling, bruising, and discomfort where its done

How it works: Uses ultrasound waves to break down fat cells

Procedure: ultrasound device put on skin, sends waves to disrupt fat cells, which are then processed by the body

How it works: Ultrasound waves create bubbles in the fat cells, making them burst and release their contents, which the body gets rid of

Benefits: not really invasive, low downtime, and targets localized fat

Side Effects: might hurt for a bit

How it works: Uses electromagnetic waves to make muscles contract

Procedure: Pads are put on the skin, sending waves to make muscles contract, like exercising

How it works: The waves make muscles contract, boosts metabolic rate

Benefits: not invasing, no downtime, and makes you all pretty ;)

Side Effects: sum muscle soreness, redness, and swelling

wouldn’t all extreme leanmax methods methods (basically all mentioned) has side of bone loss (eventually) since they’re so extreme. even the suppressants, you wouldn’t get nutrients to bone loss or am i buggin?

200mg for longer realistically gonna hurt it at all? instead of going higher for longer? you also wouldn’t be too calorie restricted, since many recommend eating low carbs high protein, along with eating around maintain or 500 below

Nice thread. I seen some mutual foids following some surgeons that do laser and lipo. Legit made flat assed big back women into ig thot tier bodies. Which blew my mind that any whore can have access to a good body now.

if it the drugs that would cause the bone loss?

if one just nuked hunger though normal methods like caffeine and ate pretty large deficit, and did cardio, realistically would they lose bone mass? (bone mass of life lol)

why can't i see this thread? I'm super interested in it

Just counter the sides bro, just take more drugs bro. This is how you end up looking like Derek MPMD because you think you can outsmart nature when in reality you're just a good goy pharma paypig with worse health outcomes.

Losing fat is easy, it is literally just a case of not putting modern foods in your mouth. People take drugs because they have high time preference and low impulse control largely due to low IQ. People don't eat junk food because they can't afford normal food, it's literally because they are stupid. And then they take drugs, because they are stupid.

i mean it’s not even about junk food no? all that matters is cals in cals out, irrespective of where the cals come from. if you eat less than you burn and get sufficient protein, fat will be lost.

Vyvanse/any amphetamine + anavar is insane for metabolism and appetite. Im actively disgusted by food and get upset when I eat. dropped 75+ lbs off of it

No, it's about hormones. Cals in/out is valid only if hormones are considered fixed, and we don't combust foods like a calorimeter, we metabolise them. Hormonal changes will quite easily negate a caloric change in the diet. People think they need drugs precisely due to trying to diet via calorie counting and hitting a brick wall while still being skinny-fat.

As this is a looksmaxing board and not a fat girl's subreddit I find a duty to spread information that dieting like a stupid fat girl will do nothing for your looks nor is it a smart way to maintain a nice body composition. Literally all you have to do is eat more meat, fish and eggs and stop eating crap like pasta, bread and nuts and you will gain muscle easier, lose fat without trying and improve your skin/collagen. It's mind-numbing that so many people here have such resistance to improving their diet. Drug companies love dumb people like this the same way roid dealers make their money on ancilliaries to "treat" the side effects of the roids themselves.

Hormones affect how calories r used n stored they dont invalidate CICO or thermodynamic principle of energy balance

U use sides to counter drugs because 1 drug does the objective the others counter the sides invidually this applies to everything even naturally if u eat something u need something else for example u need d3 k2 and calcium all together and thats natural

so essentially diet high in protein and fats and and minimal/low carbs is ideal for maintaining a good hormone profile in a deficit and ideal for losing fat while maintaining muscle mass?

200-400 is a normal dose also 400 is the high end

400mg can be deadly if you're in a relatively hot area, 17 y o died on 400 in a 4-6 celsius climate with fans and windows open and only in underwear. Even a small dose can kill you, DNP is giga legit tho once you've taken it it'll be mad hard to regain fat again even after usage

Metformin can reduce IGF-1 levels so id stay away from it.
Yeh but it has a temporal dose response relationship, so shorter cycles will be perfectly fine, -5-10% 1 month igf
