infraorbital rim bone recessed by a couple mm?

Absolutely needs implant or fat grafting enough to fix hollow if the fat padding is bad too?

Its not rly severely recessed but still visible hollowing

Also made worse cuz my eyes arent deep set enough but not bad enough for orbital decompression

And eyes are quite shallow set in side profile its horrible but not even bad enough to justify orb. decompression so idk whar to do
