Fat grafting is fucking goated most people lack a lot around eye area im also thinking about getting it but idk would it be close to actual implants realistically fat transfer alone wont bring me nowhere close to that morph but recovery should be a lot easier

yes soooooo much fucking cheaper as well. they got it for ~around 2k in a clinic in thailand. great results just make sure u ask them to overfill it bc some of the fat will die

it costs 1.8k euros in turkey but my doctor said fat survival rate will be pretty low and realistically multiple touch ups might be required in years. Havent consulted for implants yet but unless its more expensive i think i would mogg harder with implants since they are not custom like jaw implants i think they might be reasonably priced

Not knowledgeable enough to give advice really.
I think mainly midface brings me down i could get away with some jaw fillers for straight jawline, nose skin thinning for redness and thickness but not having zygo and rim support is kinda brutal. Lefort 2 would mogg but its impossible to get it thats why im thinking about eye/zygo implants

Need to see side but very likely just fat and don't need implants.

You will need implants if your corneal apex is significantly ahead of your cheek line in side profile. If it's not and the deficiency is just in the tear trough, then fat grafting only.
