Infraorbitals and eyebags

Is it always a recession of Infraorbital’s or could it be just a fat distribution issue if so is the solution implants or is it fixable at least during puberty via orthdontic intervention and is it proportional to ur zygos? Do eyebags just vary from mild reccesion to severe?

Yes it can

it fixable at least during puberty via orthdontic

possibly as its very connecyed to the upper maxilla so if the position of the maxilla changes it will impact the position of the infras

palate expanders can indirectly help this but its not certain

Possibly palatal expansion and the whatever the head gear thing is called to move the maxillary forward

my palet is pretty narrow but my dentist said i probably wont need an expander how can i fraud it at the ortho
