is there any way i can stimulate growth of my infras while still in puberty? alot of my other bones have grown significantly during puberty except from my infras or is it just not possible

i already bs my infras with my fist and nothing has happened, even when doing it abit harder then i probably should i only get bruising but that only makes my under eye look worse, im really not sure if its cope or not but im just gonna keep doing it
