Inhibiting IGFBPs for more free igf-1 - HGHCELLS GTFIH!!!

Yo if we inhibited IGFBPs that would reduce the amount of igf-1 that is sent into the bloodstream, therefore more yummy free igf-1 for growth plates.

Can we inhibit IGFBPs or am I an iqlet?

following this same logic igf1 lr3 would be significantly more effective than igf1 itself as it is resistant to igfbp binding but that doesnt seem to be the case
not all igfbps inhibit igf1, like igfbp3 is needed to create the complex that makes it to the growth plate
clean igfbp1 inhibition but work

Ok yeah I knew there was six IGFBPs but I wasn’t sure which ones were actually crucial and which ones we could inhibit and benefit from. Maybe I will develop a new compound that inhibits igfbp1 .

Also with igf1 lr3 isn’t it just shit to pin because it’s super localised and just grows your soft tissue and doesn’t reach the bone and cartilage tissue?

I guess the only way to get more free igf1 is just pumping the hgh dose. If I go up to 15iu my wallet will be gasping for air

Do you know if prolyl-hydroxyproline or hydroxyprolyl-glycine upregulate the jak/stat pathway? I have only seen them used for skin and antidepressants
